We offer competitive pricing for Georgia. Fees include the state-permitted notarization amount plus transparent travel and after-hours rates when applicable. Request a quick quote for your specific documents and location.
- A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID).
- The complete, unsigned document(s) — do not sign until instructed.
- Any required witnesses (see below).
We can often arrange witnesses with advance notice and an additional fee. Some documents require one or two impartial witnesses — please confirm your document's requirements ahead of time.
Yes, provided we can communicate with the signer in English and confirm understanding of the document. We do not translate documents.
No. We are not attorneys and do not provide legal advice or prepare legal documents. Please consult a licensed attorney for legal questions or document preparation.
A valid government-issued driver's license or ID, U.S. passport, or military ID. The name on the ID should match the document. If your ID has changed recently, let us know beforehand.
The signer must generally be present and able to communicate and sign — or direct a signature by mark. If there are special circumstances, contact us in advance to discuss lawful options.
Some documents for minors can be notarized with a parent or guardian present and proper identification. Requirements vary — please reach out with details of your situation.
Please provide at least 12–24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a travel or appointment fee.
Yes. Our Georgia notary commission is active and in good standing, and we maintain errors & omissions (E&O) insurance coverage.
